CANCELLATION POLICY

NO REFUND will be made for any cancellation requests related to registrations (such as delegate fees and exhibition booths). Substitutions for delegates or people manning the booths is acceptable and must be made in writing to stakcongress@stak.or.ke within one week to the congress.
