Reporting To: Executive officer – STAK
Job Title of the position: Monitoring and Evaluation officer
Location: Nairobi but with frequent travels for project support
Contract Term Period: 1 Year (Project period)

Job Description

• The successful applicant will be expected to directly support the M & E functions, including management of all the projects databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Economics, Statistics, or any other relevant degree and minimum of 1 year work experience in monitoring and evaluating programs with an organization with a robust M&E component.
• Experience of using indicators at output, outcome and goal level and developing tools to measure the indicators.
• Experience in database management.

Experience Required

• Strong technical skills  in M&E applications
• Successful track record of implementing effective M&E systems, including experience in quantitative and qualitative data collection and management.
• Experience in gathering learnings.
